Do you do repairs?
The worst part about glass is that it breaks. Although our borosilicate products are very sturdy, many of our fine art glass products are quite delicate. In either case, we know that accidents happen. If you have a Manic Pixie Dream Squirrel item that needs repair, please reach out to us at info@manicpixiedreamsquirrel.com with a photo and details. In most cases, it's easier and cheaper to fix an existing piece than buying a new one. We are also open to doing repairs on other objects on a case by case basis. Depending on the nature of what needs fixing, the cost will vary.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns of items in good, usable condition. If your item is defect or damaged please contact us via email with your order number to request a return. For a return to be accepted, item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@manicpixiedreamsquirrel.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address on the original shipping label. All returns and exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How durable is this glass?
Each item has been kiln annealed for maximum durability. We use both borosilicate - or "Pyrex" glass - and Bullseye art glass for our products. Borosilicate items will be more durable due to their chemical makeup, but like all glass, they are not invincible against breakage. Please always handle your glass items with care. We recommend storing your glass pieces in a safe space when not being used to help avoid accidents.
Can I put these in the dishwasher?
Yes and no. Our borosilicate glass straws have all been fully kiln annealed for maximum durability and then run through a dishwashing cycle to ensure structural integrity and to sterilize them before packaging or display. So, all of our glass are 100% dishwasher safe. For our other glass drink and homeware products, however, we recommend that you wash those by hand to keep them looking great for years to come.
Can I eat these?
No. Just please god no. All of these products are made from glass, paint, wood, or other mixed media. Do not ingest. Chocking hazard.
